Everlane Winter Style

February 13, 2019

Everlane Winter Style

I’m excited to share, I’ve partnered with Everlane to give you a look for Winter. In case you’ve been living under a rock, Everlane is a clothing company which provides exceptional quality, uses ethical factories and is extremely transparent with their prices.

In this partnership, I chose four items that are exceptionally soft and cozy. Luckily, Seattle has been covered with snow, so it was the perfect opportunity to test the coziness. After a day in the cold I felt extremely comfortable in my clothing choices. Not only was everything remarkably soft, I was really impressed with the vibrant colors. Departure

I’m excited to share this project! Departure is an editorial project centered around the creative male that strives to break away from the norm and lives to create and inspire. Departure aims to capture Seattle urban street wear through the lens of its male influencers. Departure will showcase five Seattle-based creative male influencers and how they aim to break away from the norm and stand out in this overly-saturated creative community in Seattle that is often female-dominated, especially in the world of blogging, modeling, podcasting and photography.

Random pictures of Stockholm

I’m really falling for this city! I can’t remember the last time travel to a city abroad and the people made me feel so at comfortable. I especially enjoy how the city is made small islands. These small walk-able islands, are home to city Parks, museums, old towns and other historic sights. I hope you enjoy my random pictures of Stockholm. My plan is to go back some day.

Road Trip Maritime part 4 (final)

Our trip to Ferme 5 Étoiles was amazing! Ferme 5 Etoiles (5 star farm) is the perfect place to bring your family and enjoy the peace and magic of winter. This farm has all sorts of wild animals including Emu, Goats, Yaks, horses and more.  I personally experienced nemurous unique adventures during this trip including driving my own dogsled team, sampling my first traditional Quebecois sugar shack experience and my first snowmobile ride.
Thanks to Quebec Maritime Tourism for this great adventure. If you would like ideas on planning your own adventure please their site.

Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark II

Hey World, meet my new camera the Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark II. Ok you can call me an Olympus fanboy if you want but I really enjoy their mirrorless cameras. I feel like mirrorless camera technology is catching up to “pro” and will soon be the standard of professional cameras. So why did I up grade from my last OM-D? There are too many to reasons to say but I’ve tried to list some of my major highlights below.

Quick Highlights

  • Wifi image transfer
  • Wireless/Mobile phone Shooting
  • Headphone input attachment
  • 5 axis image stabilization
  • Rotating and tilting screen

    Moment Lens Review (60mm)

    Moment Lens Review (60mm)

As travel blogger I always tussle back and forth over image quality versus convenience. Sometime carrying around a DSLR or even a Mirco 4/3 camera just isn’t conducive for those quick snaps. For this review I decided to try the 60 mm Telephoto attachable lens from Moment.  The 60mm is used to pull subjects closer and provides excellent image quality.

After testing, I found the lens to be worthwhile.  I do have some thoughts on how Moment it can improve it. Below I have broken down some pros and cons of this well crafted lens. The code “firstmoment” will give you 15% discount on all purchases.

  • Lens comes with soft lens bag.

I’ve been a little busy lately but I did have some time to take some levitation photos at Kerry Park. I’m really starting to like this style of photography. It’s simple but also makes a big impact.
