Every year it seems like I add another lens to my Olympus OM-D e-m5 arsenal. This year purchased the Olympus M.Zuiko 75mm f/1.8 lens. I’m really excited about this new toy because it captures exceptional images and it’s ultra quite when recording video. The only draw back to this lens is the price because it’s not cheap. For a mirco 4/3 camera it’s pretty expensive but if you can afford it, I say treat yo’self!
After all the hustle and bustle of the holidays I decided it was time for me to get some peace a quite. Driving through the Cascade Mountains during winter time can be so tranquil. In most areas no one is around and you have plenty of time to enjoy nature and get away from all the crowds.
I love a great art showcase. Here are some Instagram style pictures from the LUNA: An Intergalactic Space Party and art showcase at Moksha. If you enjoy photos like these, follow me on Intsagram too.
I love to squeeze out the last bit out of summer before it runs into fall. Today a group of friends and I went out on the docks to cruise the Pacific and enjoy the sun. I’m lucky to have friends with boats so I don’t have to spend the money on one. Here’s one way to get “the Nautical Look” without dropping anchor on a new boat or tons of money in department stores.

Seattle weather has been so nice lately I felt like taking a cruise on the beach with my new Longboard (Dusters)I’m trying to get as much in boarding before the end of the season. Summer is definitely becoming my favorite season of all. I hope this warm weather lasts forever! My outfit: Shirt/Workshop Tank/Express Shorts/Levis Shoes/Converse
As one of the most fashionable events of the summer, The Deighton Cup is all about stepping up you style. During the event I saw a lot of stylish pieces I enjoyed. Here are six outfits I enjoyed. Which one is your favorite?

Deighton cup 2014 was amazing! Not only was the event filled with awesome people dressed in 1920’s style fashions but there was delicious food by Cocktails and Canapes and great musical entertainment too. This is my second time going to Deighton cup and some how it’s good every year. Maybe it’s because they always pick days with excellent weather or maybe it’s the type of people the event draws. Either way you look at it, what a great day to be in Vancouver!
You don’t have to be a magician to preform the art of weightless levitation. In this photo shoot I was inspired by Natsumi Hayashi. Natsumi is a Japanese Photographer who has been advancing the art of levitation photography for over 4 years with out the aid of Photoshop.
If you’re wondering how it’s done, the effect is achieved by snapping pictures mid jump. If you’re relaxed while jumping you will appear to be floating in the air. If you are thinking about attempting levitation photography, make sure to check out Natsumi’s site Yowayowa Camera woman for tips and tricks. It might seem a bit silly when doing it but afterwards the photos usually display bolt effects. Give it a try!
