After a 3 year break, Seattle Fashion Week is back. Tonight was the first meet and greet for the newly revamped Seattle Fashion Week. Although it was only a small sneak peek, the staff did mention the runway date of March 4-7th, their location at Seattle Center Exhibition Hall and that it will be featuring mostly ready to wear clothing.
Get oversized! The Oversized Blazer is a good look for fall. Paired it with a skinny jean to accentuate blazer size and you have a look with attitude and style.
I love to squeeze out the last bit out of summer before it runs into fall. Today a group of friends and I went out on the docks to cruise the Pacific and enjoy the sun. I’m lucky to have friends with boats so I don’t have to spend the money on one. Here’s one way to get “the Nautical Look” without dropping anchor on a new boat or tons of money in department stores.
Seattle weather has been so nice lately I felt like taking a cruise on the beach with my new Longboard (Dusters)I’m trying to get as much in boarding before the end of the season. Summer is definitely becoming my favorite season of all. I hope this warm weather lasts forever! My outfit: Shirt/Workshop Tank/Express Shorts/Levis Shoes/Converse

As one of the most fashionable events of the summer, The Deighton Cup is all about stepping up you style. During the event I saw a lot of stylish pieces I enjoyed. Here are six outfits I enjoyed. Which one is your favorite?
My outfit: Blazer/Topman Trousers/Express Shirt/Zara Shoes/Zara
Deighton cup 2014 was amazing! Not only was the event filled with awesome people dressed in 1920’s style fashions but there was delicious food by Cocktails and Canapes and great musical entertainment too. This is my second time going to Deighton cup and some how it’s good every year. Maybe it’s because they always pick days with excellent weather or maybe it’s the type of people the event draws. Either way you look at it, what a great day to be in Vancouver!
Printed patterned shirts have been popular for a while now but I feel the real secret to wearing them is the fit. With this outfit I’ve paired my button down shirt with brown drill shorts and white Sperrys. Also, buttoning your shirt all the way to the top will gives it a trendy sophisticated look. Try it!
All Photos were taken around my favorite museum, the Tate Modern Museum
For the next couple of weeks I’ll be traveling through Europe. I will blogging about hotels, food, events and people I encounter. Let me know If you have any suggestions on things to do during visit along the way please leave me a comment.
My first destination is going to be London, England. It’s been a long time since I’ve lived there so I’m excited to see what things have changed and what hasn’t. Follow the hashtag #Travels2Europe on instagram and twitter to join the conversation. Wheels up!
Vancouver Fashion Week 2014 Fall/Winter x Chinese Cultural Centre of Vancouver March 19-21
This post is mostly dedicated to Vancouver’s Sara Armstrong Mens Fall/Winter Collection. In these photos you can see her design for Menswear pieces were more on the standard side. I think the oversized look is more of her theme with large sweaters, hats and scarves. What do think of it? Leave your comments below.
