QUEBEC CITY

What a charming town! Quebec City is filled with snowed rooftops, narrow roads and puffing chimneys. The area reminds me of a city plucked from Europe and set on the edge of Canada. After walking around I realized there was no way to see everything in my short time, so I settled on a few things.

First, I experienced Old Quebec, which is the only walled city north of Mexico. Walking down the historic streets of Old Quebec is like going through a time warp. The architecture and timeless shops make it hard to believe you’re not in old France. I especially enjoyed the random ice sculptures and fireplace scattered around to warm up your hands.

The second place I experienced was the Hotel de Glace. Hotel de Glace is the only ice hotel in the Americas. I would highly recommend a visit even if you weren’t staying at the hotel. This frozen hotel is equipped with a full bar, fur beds, hot tubs, inner tube slide and dance floor great for dancing.

The third place I would recommend is visiting the Observatoire de la Capitale. The Observatoire de la Capitale gives you the highest viewing area in the city. The windows in this enormous building will give you a 360 degree view of all of beautiful Quebec City.

Well that was fun! This was my first experience backstage at a huge venue like the Columbus Civic Center. Over ten thousand people bought tickets to this sold out show and our team rocked it. What a fun opportunity!

My First Trip Of 2016

February 11, 2016

So lately I’ve been flexing my creative muscles by doing a bit of song writing. I know it’s a bit off topic than my usual lifestyle, fashion, travel content but I figured it would help explain why I’m going on my next trip. Above is a new song from the artist known as PHNK. PHNK and myself have been writing music for the past couple of months and I’m excited that some of it is finally getting out to the public.

All of this information brings me today, where I’ll be traveling Atlanta, to enjoy PHNK’s performance with Chris Brown and other local artist. I’ve never been to Georgia before so I’m very excited to see what it has to offer.

The best rooftop on North Fort Lauderdale beach Boulevard

The W Fort Lauderdale has one the best rooftops on North Fort Lauderdale beach Boulevard. W Hotels are known for sophistication, luxury and modern aesthetic but this one takes the cake. The Fort Lauderdale rooftop has prime location to take in the sights of the beach, while providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Of course the pictures mostly speak for themselves but I highly recommend you check out yourself. @W Fort Lauderdale

It feels good to be back on the water in Seattle. The air on Lake Washington is so fresh and cool. One of these days I hope to own a boat of my own.

Dream beach

Dream beach

One of my favorite beaches is a ferry ride away from Bali. Dream beach is a perfect change of pace from the hustle of Bali. This magnificent beach has white coral sand, extremely clear blue water and other magnificent scenery. I strongly suggest you visit if you’re in Bali.

Yokohama at night

My good friends at Ambassadors Japan gave me private night tour of Yokohama to show me the spectacular lights of Minatomirai. Yokohama is located about 25 minutes outside Tokyo by rail and is the second biggest city in Japan. After a brief stop at the historic Red Brick Warehouse to eat Yokohama shumai, we walked over to Cosmo World theme park. While at Cosmo World, I challenged Yuta and Takuya (Ambassador Japan) to an intense game of pop a shot. After Yuta was declared the winner, it was off to the Noge district for Izakaya yakitori. The yakitori was so delicious! If you’re planning on visiting Yokohama or Japan please check out their website Ambassadors Japan for further info.
